At Spacesuit, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase and offer returns in specific cases. Please take a moment to read through our return policy below.
1. Items Not as Described
If you receive an item that is a gross misdescription or not accurately described, including discrepancies in condition, sizing, or colour, you may be eligible for a 100% refund. To qualify:
1. The issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item.
2. The item must be returned within 5 working days of approval.
3. Proof of purchase must be provided.
We define a 'gross misdescription' as a significant difference between the product listing and the item received, which was not mentioned in the description or images.
2. Vintage Nature & Expected Wear
All our pieces are vintage and preloved, and may show signs of age such as fading, small marks, or minor wear. These characteristics are part of the item’s story and charm. We do our best to describe these honestly, and we do not accept returns for standard vintage wear that aligns with the item’s age.
3. Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind or the item isn’t your style. We encourage you to re-home your piece on platforms like TradeMe, Depop, or Facebook Marketplace a great way to practice sustainable fashion and recoup your cost. Our pricing is competitive, so resale is often a great option.

If your request meets our return criteria, we’ll provide you with return instructions. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and obtaining proof of postage to avoid lost parcel issues.
5. Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
In original condition (unwashed and without any changes) and Securely packaged for protection in transit
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
6. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may request an exchange for a different item, depending on availability.
